Do we really know without going to the doctor that our colons are cleansed when we buy the over the counter pills, to see if our colon is cleansed?  We eat right and diet; does that keep us safe from colon cancer?  Questions to ponder.  Do kids have to worry when they are teenagers if they will have a problem with buildup in their colon walls?  You can ask your doctor about all these questions.  Just thoughts to make you wonder.  The benefits of a clean colon are you get more energy.  You live longer.  What are some of the side effect with a colon cleanser with someone who has heart disease?  They say with a clean colon you wont feel bloated, constipated, and have that gassy feeling.  You will feel more energetic and not tired all the time.  Will you feel lighter with a clean colon?  Well you won’t have that extra waste just sitting in your colon walls.  The benefits of a clean colon you cut down the risk of getting colon cancer.  Your skin will not be prone to acne or skin irritations.  I buy cereal that is good for them but I get the feeling that they are throwing half of it away.  They want those high sugary cereals.  They say to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but have you seen the prices of fresh fruit and vegetables.  We buy them anyway just so we can have them or we grow them in our gardens.  However, there is no way to show how much fiber is in fruits and vegetables, unless you research them online but can we go by that.  Who really knows how much fiber is in any vegetables and fruits.  We drink water because they say drink at least eight glasses of water a day for a healthy body.  Well this will keep our body soluble.  Nevertheless, kids they drink water if you don’t offer them anything else but my teenagers rather drink juices, pop, tea.  Do I know if they are getting enough fiber in their diets, not really?  They are taking health class this year in school and they have to chart everything they eat.  I can go by that chart as to what they are eating to see if they are getting enough vegetables, proteins, cereal, and rice.  My teenage son hates green vegetables.  He only eats them if you make him eat green vegetables.

We went from taking pills to rid your colon of the toxic waste that sit there and build up in your colon walls.  To taking an all-natural ways to clean your colon.  We have eaten our fair share of high fiber diets.  Nevertheless, how do we really know that are colon are clean we could go see the doctor and have him check our colons, since over ninety percent death come from a clogged colon.  We could have the fact in front of us but does anyone really consider colon cleansing?  since I have been typing about this subject and not going into the subject blind I did some research on the subject at hand and found all these interesting facts some in which I didn’t know and others I did learn.  I eat a high fiber diet but I also like to have my other snacks which are probably not a good idea.  I try to get my children and grandchildren to learn early about what they eat may harm them or what is really good for them is really delicious.  They are very skeptical about all that.  They want there sweets, and no eating broccoli.  We try to find foods that will aid in the process of cleansing our colons.

A clean colon is just the matter of what foods are we eating.  A diet of fiber will help keep the buildup in the walls of our colon down to a minimal and rid our body of the toxins.  I am sure there are some kinds of food that will take the toxins out of your system, so we can live a natural life without all the pills.  Fiber and plenty of water will help remove the toxins from your colon.  They say that a malfunctioning colon causes ninety percent of death.  Is this true well one can only believe what they read?  Eat plenty of fiber which includes fruit and vegetables, bran, brown rice, nuts, water.  In addition, water is the soluble that will flush away the toxins that are just sitting there.  Some cereals are high in fiber just read the box it will tell you what you need to know.  Once we get our diets in order does that really keep our colon clean?  How much should we eat of high fiber?  Does the colon cleansing food diet hurt someone that has heart disease? Whenever I’m struggling to have a bowel movement I drink a cup of coffee. Foods high in fiber are probably the best things to eat if you aren’t regular. If you aren’t hungry try taking metamucil. That stuff works wonders. Leafy green vegetables are a great food to consume if you aren’t regular.

Same with blueberries. I love making whole-wheat blueberry muffins. Eating whole wheat has been shown to have many health benefits. I can definitely tell you that white flour, white sugar and fatty foods are not going to help you relieve that constipation.
